永川区科技生态城核心区中央公园位于规划新城的中央地带，呈十字型，占地约2平方公里。设计场地所在区域在南北方向上是世界3大褶皱山系之一——川东平行岭谷的延伸地带，在东西方向上则作为两个区域型大型城市的中转节点。

Nestled in the heart of Yongchuan's new urban area, the Central Park of Science and Technology Eco-City spans an impressive 2 square kilometers in a cross-shape. Situated in the extension of one of the world's 3 major folded mountain systems, Sichuan West Parallel Ridge Valley, the park serves as a central node for two mega cities while also connecting the north-south hilly landscape with the east-west water-featured landscape.

设计从“场地-周边-区域”的多尺度视角出发，聚焦如何利用多层级的自然、农业与工业遗存条件，并发挥其连通城市内外的生态价值和支撑新城发展的可持续驱动能力，将其营建为新城核心区的自然之境、人民之园和风景之芯。

The proposal takes a multi-scale perspective, focusing on how to utilize the natural, agricultural, and industrial resources to integrate the city and support its sustainable development. The goal is to create a paradise of nature, a shared space for people, and a heart of landscape. 

设计恢复河道的天然形态，增加大型水面创造弹性蓄洪空间，构建连续的“河-湖-塘-渠”水网系统，修复或营建了多样性和异质性的滨水环境，支撑公园滨水生物多样性的产生。

Restoring the natural texture of rivers, increasing large water surface to create flexible flood storage space. By connecting the water features, it form a regulation network consisting of streams, lakes, ponds, and channels. With restored or created diversified waterfront habitat, it supports the biodiversity along the park's waterfront.

设计尊重与利用现有平行岭谷地貌特色，保留现状山林生境，提升林地斑块的连续性与完整性。同时修复破损山体，营建多类型乡土陆生植物生境，构成连绵起伏的山林风貌。

The proposal utilizes the parallel ridge-valley landscape features and preserves the woodland habitat. Woodland patches are improved regarding its continuity and integrity. Through eco-restoration, habitats are created for native plants and forming a rolling hill forest landscape.

保留部分农田和场地原有的农业灌渠体系，同时转化部分乡村建筑组团功能。形成传统生产性梯田作物和茶山竹海两大特色农业景观风貌区域，并强化农业景观的公众参与性。

The proposal preserves the on-site farmlands and irrigation systems while transforming the function of existing village buildings. It showcases two distinct agricultural landscapes: terraced croplands and traditional tea&bamboo fields. Public participation and education function of the agricultural landscape is also enhanced.

保留修复场地中遗留的废弃采石场，并依托其独特景观价值形成特色运动、展览与自然教育场所。同时，更新遗存的工业建筑与工业遗迹，将其改造为博物馆与户外演出场所。

The proposal preserves and restores the abandoned quarries onsite, creating places for sports, exhibition and nature education. Remaining industrial buildings and equipments are updated and transformed into museums, outdoor theater and gathering places.

构建贯穿公园内外，联系城市公共生活的多层级慢行体系。设计公共文化、自然体验、户外运动3大城市界面，并在公园设置商业、自然、文化及运动4类主题场所。

A multi-level slow-traffic system connects to the city life through the park. It shapes 3 city interfaces: public culture, nature experience, and outdoor sports. 4 thematic places are designed: commercial and retail, nature exploration, cultural perception, and sports and leisure.

设置包括森林康养游径、半山半湖好耍游径、青少年环湖山地自行车游径、悠游溪塘探秘游径和生态科普与展示游径5大主题游径。并依托标志性步行桥、大型湖区和采石场花园等承载城市事件。

The site provide 5 featured routes. The landmark footbridge, lake area, and quarry garden can accommodates city events to support the development of new urban area.

最后，设计考虑到中国风景营造的传统，依托南北向的山地景观特色与东西向的滨水景观特色，规划了体现公园自然与文化综合价值的“永川十字绿心十八景”。

At the same time, incorporating the traditional technique of Chinese landscape architecture, relying on the north-south hilly landscape characters and east-west water landscape elements, the park features "Eighteen Scenes of Yongchuan Green Cross," reflecting the integrated natural and cultural values of the area. 

因此，本设计探索了一种本土化视角下，将自然与文化价值系统性结合，并连接历史、当下与未来的新城中央公园设计路径，具有较强的示范价值。

The scheme explores a new path for city central park design that systematically combines nature and cultural values under a localized perspective, connecting the history, present, and future, showcasing strong demonstration value.
