The history of coal mining in Mentougou District has lasted for nearly a thousand years since the Liao Dynasty. In recent years, in the context of relieving non-capital functions and realizing sustainable urban development, Beijing has completed the shutdown and withdrawal of all coal mines in the city, and actively explored the transformation and upgrading path for shutting down coal mines.
门大铁路及周边地区为“一线”,王平矿区、大台矿区、木城涧矿区、千军台矿区为四矿,拥有良好的自然生态资源和人文历史底蕴。
The Menda Railway and the surrounding areas are the " line", and the Wangping mining area, the Datai mining area, the Muchengjian mining area, and the Qianjuntai mining area are the four mines, with good natural ecological resources and cultural and historical heritage.
项目通过修复采煤区生态基底、提升区域内蓝绿网络功能、构建多样化游览体系、营造站点式铁路观光路线等手段,展现和提升门头沟一线四矿独特的山水风貌、铁路景观和文化内涵。使该区域成为京西重要的生态涵养地,同时带动区域内文旅商体多种产业的发展。
The project displays and enhances the unique landscape features, railway landscape and cultural connotation of the Mentougou No. Make this area an important ecological conservation area in the west of Beijing, and at the same time drive the development of various industries in the area.
综合考虑场地的自然本底、人文资源特征,以及铁路沿线各站点、村落的现状和发展趋势,在规划范围内分为4段:城山门户悦活段、河滩田村舒养段、山林矿地焕享段、深郊峡谷觅野段。每个分段内结合重点保护与发展村落,涵盖相应的铁路观光站点,并展示周边自然山水风貌和仔细考量的公路、铁路、步骑行交通体系。
Taking into account the natural background of the site, the characteristics of human resources, as well as the status quo and development trend of each station and village along the railway line, it is divided into 4 sections within the planning scope: the Urban and mountainous transition area, the River and village area, the Mountain forest mining area, and the Canyon wilderness area. Each subsection combines key protection and development of villages, covers the corresponding railway sightseeing sites, and displays the surrounding natural landscapes and carefully considered road, railway, pedestrian and cycling traffic systems.
矿区的煤矸山停采污染、周边的水土流失以及滑坡等地质灾害一直是门头沟一线四矿地区面临的棘手问题。项目规划设计充分尊重生态本底,在遵循自然规律的基础上,提出山脚污水截流、洼塘净化、稳固覆土绿化、先锋植物跟进绿化、保留自然演替的策略,并针对不同恢复阶段的煤矸石山,采用不同的策略组合,实现煤矸石山的逐步复绿,使其重返自然状态。针对水土流失区域,采取水平沟截流和改善植物群落达到保水固土的策略。针对地质灾害易发地区,通过构建生态护坡、灌草群落的方式进行修复。
The coal gangue mountain in the mining area has been stopped mining pollution, the surrounding soil erosion and geological disasters such as landslides have always been the thorny problems faced by the Mentougou first-line fourth mining area. The planning and design of the project fully respects the ecological background. On the basis of following the laws of nature, it proposes strategies for sewage interception at the foot of the mountain, purification of low-lying ponds, stabilization of soil-covered greening, follow-up greening by pioneer plants, and preservation of natural succession. The gangue mountain adopts a combination of different strategies to realize the gradual re-greening of the coal gangue mountain and make it return to its natural state. For the soil and water loss area, adopt the strategy of horizontal ditches to intercept water and improve plant community to preserve water and soil. For areas prone to geological disasters, restoration is carried out by constructing ecological slope protection and shrub-grass communities.
规划范围内的永定河主流河段长达30余公里,跨越深山区、浅山区,是进入北京城区前的重要河段。我们采取差异化的生态提升方式:永定河主河道已于2017年全面实施综合治理,我们主要对其岸边植物群落的种类和种植方式进行调整,优化植物群落结构,梳理部分杂乱的种植空间,适当增加滨水可达性;永定河支流清水涧则面临河道及驳岸硬质化、季节性断流、局部水体污染等较为复杂的问题,我们通过拆除河道盖板、构建砾石透气性驳岸、营建碎石浅滩等方法进行缓解和恢复,同将清水涧的改造和周边村落的排水渠、坑塘湿地整体考虑,构建一个多层次的水系统,由此实现全域近自然河流生态治理。
The mainstream section of the Yongding River within the planning scope is more than 30 kilometers long, spanning deep and shallow mountainous areas, and is an important section before entering the urban area of Beijing. We adopt a differentiated ecological improvement method: the main channel of the Yongding River has been comprehensively managed in 2017. We mainly adjust the types and planting methods of the plant community on its banks, optimize the plant community structure, and sort out some messy planting spaces. Appropriately increase waterfront accessibility; Qingshuijian, a tributary of Yongding River, faces more complex problems such as hardening of the river channel and revetment, seasonal cut-off, and local water pollution. Gravel shoal and other methods are used for mitigation and restoration, and the reconstruction of Qingshui Stream and the drainage channels and ponds and wetlands of surrounding villages are considered as a whole to build a multi-level water system, thereby realizing the ecological management of the whole area near natural river.
此外,我们还关注生境的营造,结合多因子生态综合评价,构建合理且丰富的生境类型,为动物保留、保护和提升栖息环境。

通过以上策略可以构建一个城市近郊的生态涵养景观体系,并将城市中和郊区的自然、生态、文化、休闲等资源联系在一起,共同支撑城市的发展,维持城市自然的脉搏与呼吸。
